DTC Health, the makers of Vitaplen, Flexicose, and Flexicose for Pets was founded to meet the demands of customers who wanted a better alternative to the existing health products out there. Our goal is to be there for you during all of your health needs. It makes us feel special every time we hear how much someone's life has been changed for the better with our products.

Shipping Policy
U.S. orders are always free. We ship our products via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders ship out every business day so your order will always arrive as quickly as possible. Generally, your order will ship within 24 business hours of placing your order. For example, if you place your order on a Friday at noon, your order will ship by Monday at noon. Likewise, if you place your order on a Tuesday, your order will ship on Wednesday. Due to increased transportation costs and customs laws, international orders are $10.00 for the first bottle and $2.00 each additional bottle. Please note that we do not ship to the following countries due to customs regulations: Austria, Germany, North Korea and Norway.

Refund Policy & Guarantee
DTC Health offers a 90 day money back guarantee. If you do not notice a positive improvement in your health and wellness, simply send us whatever you have left (even if it’s just an empty bottle) within 90 days of purchase for a complete refund. We ask that you try Vitaplen for two months before making a decision on whether you're going to continue taking it. We must receive your returned bottles within 90 days of purchase in order to issue a refund. We only issue refunds for bottles that are returned.  Refunds will be issued the same business day the bottles are received.
